Blend of 55% Grenache, 23.5% Mourvèdre, 10% Roussanne, 7% Cinsaut, 2.5% Carignane, 2% Grenache Blanc. Our Vin Gris, a Provençal-styled pink, is a rather pale salmon color, owing to the fact that it is made from the lightest pressing of bespoke grapes.
80% Roussanne, 20% Viognier, co-ferment then aged in neutral oak. Lovely White Rhone aromas of dried flowers, beeswax, roast almonds, fresh pears, apricots and coriander. While such blends can be “too much,” this wine keeps its balance.
Laced with bright citrusy fruit, flowers and sweet spices. The layered, focused style of the year comes through nicely. The purity of the fruit, especially on the finish, is impressive.
Aromas of intense blackberries, baked plum and violets. Full bodied, well structured palate with with concentrated juicy black fruit, licorice notes and ripe round tannins. Rich, long finish.
On the palate, it is ripe, round and elegant with sweet tannins and a vibrant acidity. The finish is long and persistent, displaying chocolate notes and elegant vanilla oak flavors.
A big-shouldered red, with plenty of muscle behind the well-structured dark plum, blackberry and tobacco leaf flavors. Creamy mid-palate, featuring a dense core of mushroom and savory herbal notes. Finishes with plenty of grip.
Perfumed layers of strawberry preserves, cranberries and earth seamlessly transition to lush waves of pomegranate, purple flowers and savory herbs that tantalize the tongue. Set your flavor sensors to high, and hold on for the ride.
Attractive garnet color leads to a complexity of aromas that hint of black pepper, dark cherry, rosemary and licorice and a touch of oven roasted meat. This medium full-bodied wine is well balanced with good weight and glides evenly across the palate.
