Traditional blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre from the south of France in Languedoc. Electric in color with notes of soft citrus, strawberry and refreshing minerality.
A fine perfume of white peach, fresh cut flowers and honey entices you. On the palate, a vibrant white with good weight, balanced acidity and citrus undertones.
Abundant aromas of white peach, apricot marmalade and pineapple soar from this full-bodied, pure, rich, well-made wine. A mix of stone and tropical fruits – peaches, pears, mangoes, pineapple — is evident in both the aromas and flavors, along with hints of honeysuckle and roasted almond.
30% new oak in the blend and you notice that perfume spice and floral notes very forward and appealing bouquet. A good amount of dark cherry berry fruit, forward and delicious with smooth round tannins and a nice fresh finish, pretty floral notes.
Cherries and pomegranate are pronounced on the palate with hints of allspice. An impressive backbone and mouthfeel will allow this merlot to age for quite some time.
Aromas of spice and sage followed by a mix of blueberries and blackberries with fresh raspberry notes. Nice balance of acid and well integrated tannins.
Old Chub is a celebration of malts. The cola-colored beer features a dense, tawny head, a creamy mouthful and flavors of caramel, chocolate and lightly roasted malt. Complex and rich. 8%ABV
