This rosè got a healthy dose of Syrah as well as coastal Pinot Noir, so it's a deeply colored, crisp and delicious rosé for Thai, tacos, ceviché or pizza.
Explosive grapefruit and candied lemon peel on the nose, with hints of guava, fig and gooseberry in the background. On the palate, tangy acidity keeps it lively, while also coating the mouth with the concentration and richness of a round white wine.
Asian pear, pineapple and lemon peel dominate the nose and palate of this wine. no malo-lactic fermentation, and small amounts of oak help round it out.

When Robert Foley was the winemaker for Pride Mountain on Spring Mountain, he was known for crafting Merlot for Cabernet drinkers. So it should come as no surprise that his own Merlot can be described in the same manner!

Rumor is some monks love these hops and being surrounded by budding yellow aromas and the leafy pungent fields inspires them. Since we weren’t sensible enough to locate our brewery near hop fields, we can only offer this blond ale in celebration of our Abbey brethren and their steadfast Devotion. 6.25%ABV
It is deep honey in color with a malty aroma, rich hearty flavor and a well balanced finish. Dead Guy is created from Northwest Harrington, Klages, Maier Munich and Carastan malts, along with Perle and Saaz Hops. 6.6%ABV
