2012 Chateau d’Agel, White Blend | Minervois, France
Expressive mineral nose with aromas of white fruits and spring flowers. Very delicate blend of Macabeo, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc with a fruity and fresh palate.
2013 Valdesil, Godello | Valdeorras, Spain
Pure and clean, mixing notes of white flowers and fruit with mineral hints. The palate has a nice acid spine, elegant, balanced and pure. Godello is thought to be of Portuguese in origin and has a long history on the island of Madeira.
2012 Trinitas, Chardonnay | Carneros, Ca
This is the famous Trinitas "Butterscotch Bomb"; a perfect marriage of high-quality fruit and American wood barrels. The toast on the barrels is prominent, giving a "crème Brule" character to the nose. Underneath the toast, you get the intense tropical fruit—pear, peach, lemon zest and citrus.

2012 Stemmler, Pinot Noir | Carneros, Ca
Fresh and spicy, with good acidity, this Pinot leaves a lingering, earthy impression that is unique to Pinot Noir from Carneros. Intense aromas of red berry, cherry, and Asian spice.
2011 Pasquale Pelissero, Barbaresco | Piedmont, Italy
Ripe and smooth, displaying plum, cherry, licorice and leather notes on a broad frame. Tight and dense, with a lingering, fresh finish and dusty tannins.
2012 Niner, Syrah | Paso Robles, Ca
Well-structured with complex fruit characteristics of plum and blackberry intertwined with pleasing herbal notes. rich yet dry, with chewy tannins and an extended, lingering finish.
2012 Bruliam, Pinot Noir “Soberanes” | Santa Lucia, Ca
Held back for a full year of bottle aging (after 11 months in French oak, 30% new), this wine exhibits a beautiful nose highlighted by dark fruits, brambles, and a hint of leathery and loamy earth. The wine has a full and voluptuous mouth-feel with well-balanced tannins and smooth finish.
2012 Paraduxx, Red Blend | Napa Valley
Velvety and round with lush and lingering berry and cherry flavors supported by well-integrated tannins. Balanced acidity adds brightness and lift of brambly fruit, which carries through to a long, satisfying finish. 67% Zinfandel, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot.

Silver Oak? Seriously? We have never been big fans of this iconic Napa label until now. Big and luscious, this is clearly the best Silver Oak in recent memory.

This behemoth of a “Triple” India Pale Ale gets a heavy dose of hops both in the kettle and on the dry hop resulting in a nose that is straight up fruit cocktail. Monstrous, yet deceptive in the same breath. 11.1%ABV
Ninkasi, Imperiale Stout | Eugene, Oregon
Rich, full bodied and surprisingly smooth this Imperial Stout has a big roast hit up front balanced by ample hop bitterness. 9.1%ABV
