Large Party Reservation Guidelines We want to thank all of you who choose the Twisted Vine to celebrate your special occasions.  We are always striving to make your experience with us a memorable one, so as we become busier, especially on Friday and Saturday nights and through the holidays, we continue to look for ways to keep our customer service up to the level that you have come to expect. We want every person’s experience at the Twisted Vine to be memorable.  In an effort to meet your expectations and improve our level of service we have made some changes to our policies for large parties and listed a few additional guidelines that we feel are necessary to improve your experience at the Twisted Vine. We thank you for your continued support. SUNDAY-WEDNESDAY • Parties of 10 are required to make a reservation in order for us to staff accordingly.  • Parties of 10 or more will be sat on our patio (weather permitting) • Reservations for specific tables are not guaranteed • Party cannot be seated unless 75% of party is present • One bill will be provided and a 20% service fee will be included • Minimum order per person is NOT required • $2 cake cutting fee per person THURSDAY-SATURDAY- Peak hours 6:00pm-11:00pm • Parties of 10 or more during our peak hours are required to make a reservation • We are unable to accommodate a group of 10 or more without a reservation • In order to reserve a table for parties of 10 or more we are now requiring a • $30 per person minimum on Thursdays not including tax and service fee • $35 per person minimum Fridays and Saturdays not including tax and service fee • In order to close the patio for a private event a • $40 per person minimum is required on Fridays and Saturdays not including tax and service fee with a minimum of 30 guests. • On Thursdays closing the patio now requires a $35 per person minimum not including tax and service fee with a minimum of 30 guests. • One bill will be provided and a 20% service fee will be included • Groups of under 10 are NOT required to make a reservation but if your party should exceed 10 guests during our peak hours, we cannot guarantee they will be sat at your table. • Party cannot be seated unless 75% of party is present • Whether it is a birthday celebration, holiday party or just a night out with your friends we hope you will choose to enjoy your evening at the Twisted Vine.  • Please contact Jeff Mayhew at the email below to set up your reservations.
